Note that our expense policy has recently changed.
Only receipts eligible for reimbursements can be submitted under your department's cost center in Yokoy, using the category “Team Event.”
Meals and Drinks
Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinners will be provided from Tuesday evening to Thursday lunchtime. The only allowed meals to expense with receipts outside of this scope are the ones incurred during travel times, specifically:
Breakfast on Tuesday, September 5th, if you leave home before 7am ($15)
Lunch on Tuesday, September 5th on your way to Park City ($25)
Dinner on Thursday, September 7th on your way home ($60)
Water and coffee/tea will be provided throughout all three days.
Wine, Beer and Soft Drinks will be provided for both dinner evenings. Any other alcoholic beverages will have to be covered privately. Attention Managers: If you decide to purchase beverages for your teams, please ensure that these expenses are covered individually.
Airport transfer
Use public transportation to get to your local airport. This expense can be reimbursed.
The costs for use of an Uber will be reimbursed only if this use will result in a substantial time saving of at least 30 minutes one-way and/or cost saving, or if use of public transportation is unsuitable. Note: Write a note justifying the use of an Uber or Taxi when submitting your receipts in Yokoy.
We have arranged shuttle transfers from SLC Airport to Park City on Tuesday, September 5th and return on Thursday, September 7th.
You have been added to a group chat for your shuttle transfers. In case you have changed your flights since registration, please send your updated flight information to Caro.
Shuttle transfer times are:
Tuesday, Sep 5th, SLC Airport to Park City:
10.45am / 11.45am / 12.45pm / 1.45pm
Thursday, Sep 7th, Park City to SLC Airport:
1.45pm / 3pm / 5.30pm / 7.30pm

Note: If you have been assigned to a shuttle transfer but decide to take an Uber, this expense will not be reimbursed.
Note: Bees extending their stay (early arrival or late departure) for private reasons will not be reimbursed for transportation costs from/to SLC airport. You may use the shuttle transfers arranged from SLC airport to Park City on Tuesday, September 5th. Please inform Caro Jäggi should you wish to do so.
Hotel
A room has been booked for you at The Chateaux Deer Valley according to your registration for the NA Mid Year Booster.
Beekeeper will cover the hotel overnights including breakfast. Any additional hotel incurred expenses such as laundry, minibar and social drinks, etc. will not be reimbursed.
Extra nights for extended private stays (early arrival or late departure) will not be reimbursed.
